San Bernardino International Airport

The San Bernardino International Airport (SBD) allows for Stage 2 aircraft and has over 60,000 annual flight operations comprised mainly of charter, corporate and general aviation users. The Airport has recently completed a redesigned Passenger Terminal Facility in anticipation of future passenger airlines services.     CAS is a world-class certified FAA Part 145 Heavy Maintenance Operation currently servicing "Virgin America" and "Allegiant" Airlines on A-D checks, modifications, drop in structural repair, avionic upgrades and compliance requirements. CAS is EASA certified and services domestic and international aircraft. CAS carries overhaul agreements with General Electric (GE) for CFM56, CF6, CF6-50, and CF80C and 80E jet engines. In addition to heavy maintenance, CAS has 23 line maintenance stations throughout the United States servicing domestic and international airlines.

U.S. Customs

SBD Airport activated its User Fee Status in December 2006. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) office at the SBD Airport is located at the Airport Fire Station Facility. International cargo and goods can now be processed immediately by a CBP agent now stationed at the airport.
